Every step of the way, your team has been first-class, A#1 in everything one wants in going through this somewhat arduous process – good, clear explanations of each step of the process, and a drive to succeed that should be the envy of any company of any sort. I made an almost unreasonable request that we complete the closing by the time I wanted to leave town – tomorrow – for a few weeks to go to my place in Maine (also the time the loan commitment from ****** would expire!). And they got it done. That Katie has been a whirlwind in these closing days – very impressive.

My wife and I used them for our refi on our mortgage. The whole process from start to finish was quick, easy to understand and saved us a lot of money per month. They give you a list of everything you need, you send your documents in, and two weeks later everything was done. I dealt with Roberto and Brian and they were very responsive when I had a question. I emailed and very quickly I received a return email or a phone call explaining everything in great detail.
