Mortgage rates have not moved any higher but have not moved any lower either.
Mortgage rates remain unchanged
No change in application volume overall and purchases continue to decline.
Rates remained low yesterday continuing the improvement we had in July
Refinance applications have gone up while purchases have gone down.
MBA reported a net drop in its seasonally adjusted Purchase Index of 1.4 percent from the week ended June 26 while its Refinance Index increased 6.5 percent.

Nice not to be moving any higher in rate, it would be nicer to see a stronger push toward lower rates.
